Visa Run is a travel utility app that helps digital nomads track visa durations, manage border runs, and plan international travel. It is developed and operated by Jhayography (Dr. Rolando Gaspar Jr.).
Visa Run is a tool to help you organize your travel information. It does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or official visa determinations. Always verify visa requirements with official government sources and relevant embassies before traveling.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Visa Run. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.

You agree to use Visa Run only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Visa Run offers two paid tiers — Sprint ($7.99) and Marathon ($11.99) — as one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases. Once purchased, these are yours permanently with no recurring charges.
The core features of Visa Run are available for free with no time limit. You are never required to purchase a paid tier to use the app.
The first 50 users who qualify for the Founder tier receive permanent Marathon access as a one-time benefit. This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
Prices for future purchases may change at any time. Existing one-time purchases are not affected by price changes.
Visa Run provides visa duration information and travel data to help you plan. While we work to keep this information accurate, visa rules change frequently and vary by nationality, travel history, and individual circumstance.
Visa Run is not a substitute for official immigration guidance. We are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on information provided in the app, including overstays, entry denials, or fines.
Always confirm visa requirements with official government sources, embassies, or a qualified immigration professional before traveling.
All content in Visa Run — including the app design, logo, copy, and code — is owned by Jhayography unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.
Stock photography used in the app is licensed from third-party providers. Custom photos you upload remain your own property.
Any travel data, photos, or information you enter into Visa Run remains yours. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of delivering the app's features to you.
We do not claim ownership of your content and do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Visa Run is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always accurate. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jhayography and Visa Run shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to visa overstays, travel disruptions, financial loss, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Visa Run and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. One-time purchases are non-refundable upon termination for violations.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
